The True Essence Program

The True Essence Program is the magic mirror to unlocking your highest potential. It allows you to look inside yourself to see with vivid detail the ways in which you have been holding yourself back.

It was amazing to look back at my quote at the beginning of the program that read “I know in my truest of hearts I was born to create, to paint, to be an artist, to be an author. The only person holding myself back is me!” I can confidently say that I found the missing piece to that puzzle, and I have a vision of the overall picture of that puzzle in order to not lose sight of the direction I want my life to go in.

I feel much lighter and powerful than I ever have before. I have a clear vision of who I want to be which makes it easier to make decisions that are aligned with that future. She is the truest version of myself that I’ve always been and had simply forgotten about along the way. I’ve recently made major life decisions lately without any hesitation by simply asking myself – “Does this decision bring me closer or farther away from becoming that version of myself?” 

I’ve honestly never had a clear vision of the future self I wanted to become. Through these exercises I’ve been able to conceptualize that person, while also feeling without any doubt that that person is already alive within me waiting to be released.

At the beginning of the program I wanted to find the negative patterns within me that were holding me back from becoming the artist I was born to be. At the end of these six powerful months I’ve brought awareness to the patterns, have been taking inspired action to break them, as well as have a voice, a name, and a vision of the artist I was born to be. This has been the most life changing aspect of this program and an invaluable takeaway I am eternally grateful to have.

This program beautifully and gently reminded me that this person, my true essence  – the alter ego, badass, infidelity creative artist – was inside myself all along. And the external struggles of life that happened to coincide with my time in this program serendipitously helped me to recognize the patterns I had been struggling with the most. It’s no coincidence it all aligned the way it did.

Processing a breakup and feeling first hand how it impacted how I felt and created art during this program was invaluable in shining a light on this subconscious pattern I had been stuck in. Although at times all I wanted was Elicia’s guidance on “what to do” with my relationship, she was respectful and mindful to guide me back to the Self and bring the focus back on the task of finding my True Essence.  

I feel like now I understand myself at a new level I hadn’t before. In another unexpected turn of events, I’m finding it much easier to become aware of and break negative patterns that have subconsciously controlled myself for years. I attribute this major change in mindset to be directly related to the True Essence Program.

I joined the True Essence Program for support during my transition from processing past experiences to living a fully empowered life, one that truly reflects my authentic self.

When I joined, I was still very much in the processing phase. Elicia was incredibly patient and helped me recognize that I was still evolving.

The True Essence Program helped me to connect deeper into, expand, and own who I am. 

From when I began the program, I am standing more in my power and embracing who I am. 

The True Essence process has helped me let things unfold in their own time and surrender to what is. I also have more clarity of who I am and to speak from that solidity.  Owning more of who I am allows me to hone in on what I genuinely want versus what I think may be good based on external influences. 

The True Essence Program is an exploration of the parts that make up our being; then embracing it.  Akin to appreciating the close-up intricacies of a tapestry and also standing back and admiring it in its totality.

Sylvie’s process

I was hoping for a guided kind of ‘SELF-help’ awareness course somewhat similar to the Core Emotional Healing Process. I found much more than I initially imagined. Not only was it really about true essence and my core, identity, my self-understanding and self-reliance but also the course itself had a lovely structure with assignments explained each at the right time and not ahead of the time which meant quite a clear focus each week. 

I really appreciated that the very focus was on True Essence and not healing of situations or experiences that emerge during the course (as life likes to hand them). What was great is actually to feel how staying with True Essence can actually be a fantastic way of embracing the challenges. It gave me a nice new angle on things and allowed me to realise that I do not have to yet know who I am in that big identity kind of way, but identify myself step by step while the things happen, as I encounter them. It is a much more dynamic way to do it, it is easier than fooling myself that I will have all the ducks in a row before I can stop and reflect and decide who I am. The course taught me that with the right will in me I can always pause when I need to and continue with the newly gathered reflections in mind.

As a result of the True Essence Program, everything has got a more positive tone. The situations in my life are as challenging as before (give or take) but I handle them differently. Seeing things through the prism of True Essence is adding a rainbow effect = it shows me so many colours to what is happening and yet, it creates a more unified approach to my life. 

I feel lighter. At first I thought it was a halo effect, but soon I realised it holds. I do not feel as heavily absorbed by the thoughts or ideas, and yet I am certainly immersed in what is happening in my life. Somehow I just feel I can catch air and go under the water deeper when I need to, and resurface when things are too much.

I used to get stuck on “my purpose”, although I feel that is where something rather immensely defining lies, I do not want to rush it, skip it, but continue to look out for how I evolve and what I can become.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity Elicia. I am leaps ahead of what my journey would have been without you and this course. 

You are on my mind so much when it comes to life inspiration.
