Day 4, March 12th, 2013

ReboundingYay! I made it through the coffee and chocolate withdrawals and woke up feeling great! So much so I was finally motivated to put together my trampoline that has been folded up in the box for a month (waiting for someone to put it together for me). After I patted myself on the back for the trampoline assembly I jumped up, jumped up and got down on it.

Rebounding is one of the best detox practices and exercises. In addition to its many health benefits, rebounding has one thing that sets it apart from all other exercises. It is the only one that strengthens, cleanses, and tones every cell in the body. It’s a very effective way to pump and drain the lymphatic system that carries and circulates the poisons and toxic waste through our bodies. 

In my video above I suggest praying to Ganesha, the Lord of Detox, who removes all obstacles.  A Buddhist monk tattooed a Sak Yant (sacred protection) tattoo of Ganesha on my back as I launched The Detox World Tour in Koh Samui, Thailand. You can watch that video here.

After rebounding, I had a remote energy session with Stacy Vajta, who works with a lot of people who find themselves eating more sugar than usual. She is able to identify the energy behind the pattern. Stacy got right to the fear that was holding me back and the family member it belonged to. I was able to be with it/them, make peace with it and move on. She also helped me to integrate and hold the new, expanded, higher vibration energy I am moving into.
